Life is A Blessing; Say No to Abortions The epidemic of pregnancy is considered to be an outrage to some people, as the years go on, the amount of teenage pregnancies alone increase. When the situation and circumstances come about there are always people for the situation and people against it. In my Detroit community alone there was an unexplainable rise of people becoming pregnant and aborting the child right after. According to www.dictionary.reference.com abortion, also referred to as voluntary abortion, is the removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus in order to end a pregnancy; any of various surgical methods for terminating a pregnancy. I never understood the situation, but then again who was I to make decisions for others. It was always taught to me as well as believed that one should always be able to take responsibility for their actions no matter how big or small. Therefore, even though the â€Å"choice† exists, life is a blessing and abortions should never really take place. In the United States, th e majority of abortions are given to African Americans. There have even been disputed signs put up in certain states with rude, insulting and vaguer statements.
